Associated Recreation Council (ARC) is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit partner of Seattle Parks and Recreation. Our mission is to inspire engagement and participation in equitable, dynamic, culturally relevant, and responsive recreation and lifelong learning programs. It's our vision to bring together all people to build a healthy community.
ARC has an annual budget in 2019 of just under $20M. We currently have twenty-one board members on our Board, and would like to interview candidates to replace retiring members. We recently updated our Board Roles and Responsibilities, and are now ready to accept applications for Board service, as well as applications for Board committee service.
