Project Details

The Jon and Bobbe Bridge Drop-In Child Care Center is located at the Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent, WA and is open weekdays from 8:15 a.m. to 11:55 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m 8 a.m. Ideally, because of the time it takes to onboard and train a volunteer we would like to have volunteers commit to at least one 4-hour shift per week for at least 6 months. The time can be very busy or very slow without any way of predicting. Provide care for children ages 1-12 whose parents/caregivers are conducting business at the Spokane County Courthouse. As this is a drop-in program, there may be some periods of downtime or high activity, depending on the needs of parents/caregivers on any given day.
