Support local Red Cross social media to help strengthen relationships between the Red Cross and the public - including its own volunteers - and to help inform, educate and prepare the public. As a Digivol you will perform a mix of proactive and reactive communications. During your assigned shift, you will monitor social media (primarily Facebook and Twitter) and engage in an appropriate level of engagement - ranging from posting to participating in the ongoing information flow during disaster and non-disaster situations.
