Do you like story telling? History? Want to help your community by sharing a passion? Want to practice public speaking skills?
The National Postal Museum is looking for volunteers to lead engaging 45-minute guided tours through the museum's galleries. Volunteers tell a unique narrative of postal history and stamp collecting through exhibitions, objects and props. Tours start at 11:00am & 1:00pm. Volunteers will be trained in museum content and story telling skills and allowed to let their own interests shape their tour. Come and be a part of the hidden gem of the Smithsonian, and the greater community of DC by sharing your skills and passion.
