Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is looking for compassionate volunteers who can join our circle of care outreach program. Volunteers call home care patients or their caregivers each week to check on their needs prior to the weekend. Volunteers follow a phone script that assists them to identify patient needs such as medications, supplies and/or equipment, and then pass the needs along to the hospice team for follow-up. Circle of Care Volunteers contribute to a proactive approach in caring for terminally ill patients and their families. After training and education, the calls may be done from home or from the Seasons Office.
