This position provides program support. The bookkeeper performs duties and responsibilities under the direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Officer. **Must live or work in the Metro Atlanta area.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Keeps the organizations books using QuickbooksProcesses and coordinates payroll transactions, supplemental pay, and salary differentials for employees in the organizationProvides clerical support as neededPerforms other duties as assigned
Knowledge, skills and abilities:Two years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or budgetingKnowledge of QuickBooks a mustDependableMaintains a friendly and helpful dispositionOne year commitment required
