Every Friday afternoon from 2:00 to 5:00 pm (except for the last Friday each month).
We need additional volunteers to help us sort, tag and pack clothes. We meet at our storage facility in Irvine where we store the donations. The clothing donations we receive need to be sorted, tagged and organized so we know what we have available. We then pack the storage boxes with the correct clothes by size and type so they are ready for the next distribution. Sorting and packing is one of the most important jobs we have at Clothing the Homeless, because without the awesome volounteers who perform this assignment, there would not be any distributions.
