We provide low-cost tutoring services to residents living within the Crenshaw District of Los Angeles. Along with tutoring, we strive to be a positive influence in our students lives. We would love to work with anyone who feels the need to help serve underprivileged children in this area!

Our after school program operating hours are 3:00-7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Volunteers are expected to be able to work well with kids and be able to assist students with their school work or skills (e.g., Math, Reading, Writing, Grammar, etc). Volunteers are expected to be available at least two shifts a week for at least 4-weeks during the semester. Math and English literacy is a plus but not required. Spanish speaking is also a plus. A quick orientation is done on site after you've been brought on board (e.g., Volunteer Agreement & Sexual Abuse Policy). Dress code is casual to business casual. Background checks will be conducted (college students excluded).

Benefits: Hands on experience in an educational setting/ non-profit setting; work directly with students of a broad age group. Service learning hours.
