The Foster Grandparent Program offers adults age 55 and older an opportunity to share their time and experience to help children learn how to read, prepare young students for school readiness, tackle tough subjects and make decisions that keep them on the right path. We’ll match your skills and passions to opportunities that interest you including those are local elementary schools, faith based schools, Head Start Centers and pre-schools.
You have what it takes!
You don’t need formal experience in tutoring and mentoring. You’ll receive pre-service orientation and training.
