In this position, you are able to contribute to a positive first impression of the hospital or clinic as you greet, escort and transport patients and visitors to their destinations upon entry to the facility. Ease the stress and anxiety many patients and visitors feel coming into a health care facility by listening and engaging in positive human interaction and answering questions and address concerns. You must be able to assist with escorting patients in wheelchairs
