Are you a veteran or active duty service member? Your presence is greatly needed for our "We Honor Veterans" Program at the Seasons Hospice Inpatient Center at Northwest Hospital. Time is of the essence! Be there for your fellow soldier who is now a hospice patient and honor them with a "Veteran to Veteran" Pinning to thank them for their service to our country. The patient and their family will be incredibly grateful that a member of the military took the time to share this special moment with them. We are also looking to matching veterans with veteran patients for weekly friendly visits. Our patients reside at home and nursing facilities. Volunteer training is provided.
