Project Details

Cancer Center volunteers help in the healing process by

  • Assisting the clinical staff
  • Socializing with patients
  • Attending to their comfort needs
  • Passing snacks/lunches
  • Obtaining supplies, checking and putting away supply deliveries
  • Escorting patients as needed
  • Making up new patient packets.

    • Volunteers needed Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm and 12-4pm

    General requirements

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • Generally 4 hours once-a-week for min. 13 weeks
