Reporting to the Meta volunteer of the People Management Team and the lead HR Business Partner. The HR training Coordinator is an integral part in the success of Advance Social Innovation & CrowdDoing. The HR Training Coordinator works in a collaborative team environment and will conduct HR team trainings.

Our ideal candidate MUST be able to commit 10 hours per week and MUST accommodate various time zones for trainings. This position is not ideal for someone who is currently working. Must have a home office with noise free background.
Conduct Human Resources related trainings for all HR hires once they are onboarded as needed.
Implement a HR training calendar to conduct trainings.
Familiarize and be subject matter expert when it comes to conducting webinar trainings for all systems such as company intranet, applicant tracking system, and recruiting platforms.
Provide back up support for onboarding team by conducting HR orientation.
