Mission Statement

"Uniting of Veterans and Community through Education" is our motto, but the museum is much more. Our mission is to share our military history with those that visit, encourage membership and volunteerism, support the efforts of local organizations, and be a source of education for people of all ages about the sacrifices made by the members of our armed forces.

The Veterans Tribute and Museum of Osceola County was founded in 2004 by local veterans. The museum has become an attraction for residents and tourists. We promote community involvement through volunteer and other programs.

With a membership made up of veterans and non-veterans the museum leads by example in Osceola County. We have formed professional partnerships with the Council on Aging, Osceola School District OASIS program, and the Osceola County Veterans Council, to name a few organizations. Community Covenants have been inspired by the museum and local organizations.
