Project Self-Sufficiency of Sussex County is a non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to improving the lives of low-income families in northwestern New Jersey. Since 1986, Project Self-Sufficiency of Sussex County has served more than 18,000 families. The agency provides computer classes and job skills training; parenting workshops; life skills management training; legal education services; help with emergency basic needs; case management, referral and advocacy; counseling and peer support groups; literacy skills and GED preparation; childcare and early childhood education; financial literacy education; home visitation; mentoring; and health education.
