Mission Statement

It is the mission of Chicagoland Dog Rescue to save as many abandoned/neglected or abused dogs from being euthanized as possible, by finding new owners through hosting adoption events. Description

Chicagoland Dog Rescue (CDR) is a 501 (c) (3) Not for Profit shelter-less dog rescue organization. CDR is an all volunteer organization, including its officers, board members, adoption staff and training staff. CDR utilizes local pet stores and other locations to hold weekly adoptions. CDR makes every attempt to find a foster home until the dogs can be fully adopted. In addition to utilizing foster homes, dogs are boarded at designated facilities. The donations provided to CDR are used to pay expenses including but not limited to feeding, boarding, and required medical vaccinations to the dogs per the State of Illinois laws governing a licensed Dog Rescue Organization.
